Verified Renter The building is very Quiet and seems secure, main read I chose Marylander. Unscheduled outages of water supply with no warning notice are major shortcoming

Verified Renter I mean it’s aight. The staff are all wonderful people, but there is always some issue that takes forever to resolve, such as leaks in the basement.
