Verified Renter my apartment was absolutely trashed on move in day. i was unable to unload my belongings for hours only to have “professional cleaners” come in and not clean a single thing. my fridge doesn’t work nor is any of the baseboards put on. i’m greatly disappointed and dissatisfied

Verified Renter I do not recommend living here. We found bed bugs in our apartment within the first few days of moving in. Management was difficult to reach and only refunded us for 1/7 of our costs during this period. Additionally, our neighbors had a carbon monoxide leak. Unfortunately this was not an isolated experience as the fire department told us they had other calls about carbon monoxide at other buildings at Chandler Crossings.

Verified Renter Nice spaces are offered and the office is pretty helpful in any situation. One of the better apartment for students around the EL area and is pretty affordable.

Verified Renter Good place for student living alone. Affordable shared furnished apartments, in-unit washer and dryer, gym and other sports facilities. Good place to live, one of the cheapest 3 $4 beds in East Lansing.

Verified Renter I would not return here, I would rather pay slightly more for a nicer experience. It's a hit or miss for what unit you get unfortunately, since my first unit was perfectly fine. My second year living at the Landings in a different unit was a nightmare with all of the maintenance problems and improper customer service.

Verified Renter The maitnence is the worst takes forever. I did enjoy the dog park. It’s not a bad place to live for the price if you can handle waiting months for non emergent maintenance requests to be fixed.

Verified Renter Move in was terrible. The apartment was not clean at all. We had to rent a carpet cleaner and show the manager the video of all the buckets of black water we had to empty from the carpet. I put in for a maintenance request for my window in August because there was a gap where air/rain/snow could get in and they replaced my window in April. It seemed to be getting better by mid-end of April. New management is helping.
