Verified Renter For the price of living at the landing at chandler crossing it is a good place to live. I recommend getting the apartment with the nice counter tops because the whole apartment is nicer. When we moved into my apartment the blinds were broken, and stains on the floor, the couch was ripped up by cat before we moved in, fridge was broken and more so keep that in mind.

Verified Renter So far, my stay has been pretty good. Overall, everything is well and as expected. One complaint would be the fact that some repair requests take long to get done and that might be because this year they have been super busy.

Verified Renter It’s okay, you pay for what you pay for. Noise is pretty okay unless you live in one of the farther apartments. Maintenance is a hassles and takes forever but it’s kinda to be expected.

Verified Renter Sometimes the neighbors are Loud but not too bad. Maintenance does a great job but can be a little slow with coming to do your request. My window hasn’t been replaced yet and they were supposed to start changing windows months ago. The office staff reply fast with issues.
