Verified Renter So far I haven't minded living here. There are a few things that I'm not the biggest fan of or appreciative of the way things are run, like the maintenance team taking forever to complete a request but other than that, I've enjoyed the living experience. It provides a quiet space for me to come back to at the end of a long school day and a place to relax.

Verified Renter 3.5 stars. Apartments are okay, staff is either extremely friendly or rude. Upon move in my apartment was very messy, there was literally a donut under our couch. The price is cheap though and overall it's not a bad place to live.

Verified Renter I am living in Landings since last 3 months now and it's been a good experience living here so far for me. They have lots of activities, indoor and outdoor games along with the get together every other month. Really a Very good place to live in.

Verified Renter Maitenence sucks, corporate sucks, my toilet has not worked for months and they do not care. The landlords are not required to fix anything in your apartment, thats literally in tge lease

Verified Renter My apartment community is perfect for grad students. It's got a serene vibe that's just right for hitting the books, with management that's always there when you need them.
Verified Renter Not a bad place to live at all.. one of my favorite spots it the little gym that they have. Once it gets warmer the pool will be a good accommodation as well.
