Verified Renter The apartment is really nice and spacious with great amenities. It is well connected with the campus with bus stop right next to the office. The management is great and responsive.

Verified Renter I love the layout of the apartment and its location away from campus. I also enjoy the peace and quite I get along with its location to other stores. Only improvements could be with response times from maintenance but I do understand there is only one staff for the 3 apartment complexes.

Verified Renter It was a good move in, slightly dirty but was cleaned up fairly easily for my own peace of mind. Everything was in working condition other than my sink didn't run but the filter was just clogged and was easily cleaned and the bathroom fan didn't run but was fixed within a couple of weeks. Staff has been responsive about concerns. And Rent can't be beat in East Lansing for a 4 by 4.

Verified Renter Good location and floor plans. Affordable apartments with good amenities including gym, TV, outdoor sports, and bus passes. Wifi is not always so stable but when it works, it is fast

Verified Renter Location is great as an MSU student! Affordable and pretty quiet for how many people actually live here. The bus goes right from here to MSU and it's bike friendly between the apartment and campus. The internet can be spotty which is unfortunate since it was a big draw being student housing and all. Fix it and it's 5 stars!

Verified Renter Great location and management team. The facilities are expansive and being updated by the tireless maintenance staff. Great low price, friendly employees, no crime. On the downside, the hallways smell like weed. Internet service is spotty, but they're working on it.

Verified Renter I have had a good experience living here so far. definitely some difficulty with maintenance and office staff. a little unorganized but normally helpful when i need. overall not a bad place to live but definitely pricy for what is offered.
