Verified Renter Really enjoy the amenities and the living space. I like picking up our packages cuz it makes it secure. I do wish maintenance would be a bit faster. Have had some things broken on my initial inspection sheet and have yet to have them fixed along with new and important things breaking

Verified Renter It's been amazing so far. The maintenance should be better, but the rest is pretty good. The bus runs frequently and up to late night during the weekdays, which is awesome.

Verified Renter This has been a really good home experience. I'm not even sure which amenitie to call a favorite. I love the clubhouses, I love the pools and I love the parties. Nothing like free food.. I'd recommend this place.

Verified Renter it's a decent place for the price depending on what apartment you get assigned to. some apartments are really bad but some are okay. overall the place is old and the maintenance is not very good

Verified Renter This apartment complex, though the staff sometimes shows effort, is not well run. When I moved in my mattress was full of mold, my windows wouldn’t close and were letting bugs in, my dryer wouldn’t dry my clothes unless I ran it 3 cycles, my washer has ripped multiple items of clothing, my shower was dirty, my kitchen walls were deteriorating (literally looked like we had mites and all they did was patch it back up… landlord special at its finest and they didn’t even clean up after themselves), I have yet to ... read more
