Verified Renter Decent place to live. The apartments could be so good if they actually took care of them. Maintenance is okay when they actually try to fix stuff. The office is not helpful and won’t ever return your call and will say that they will have a manager reach out to you, but they never will.

Verified Renter This place is okay, I've been living here a year. Management is not very nice (all college kids) and don't really know what they're doing. Good for the price of the 4 bedroom ones, but otherwise overexpensive.

Verified Renter Been living here for two years and loved it every minute. The gym is the best of any apartment gym I have seen and open 24 hours. A nice pool and volleyball court and can use the other amenities across the street like indoor pool, hot tub, and game room. Would recommend! Especially for the cheap prce!

Verified Renter Honestly, this place is okay. The only thing that I wish they did, was tell us the day that they are planning on entering our apartment. They just give us a general time line (ex. sometime this month... or expect us to come in this week). I literally have been in the shower and did not hear them knock or come into my apartment. As a female, I did not feel comfortable with this and when I brought it up, they had nothing to say.

Verified Renter this apartment is okay for the price if you're lucky. the biggest issue is maintenance taking a long time. my apartment had a washer broken and it took half a semester to get a new one. i have three loads of laundry ruined with machine grease stains that I cant get out. a years worth of rent cant even cover what I lost.
