Verified Renter The apartment itself is fine. However, the office is no help and the maintenance takes months to come out and fix anything. Have had a lot of things break.

Verified Renter Fees fees fees, this place always feels like they want to squeeze as much money out of college students as possible. There’s been times where I was force to pay my roommates portions of the utility bill and when I went to address it with the office they shoved me off to a random company that I could never get in contact with.

Verified Renter Mixed feelings, I'd say. The maintenance sucks; they didn't fix our fridge for over 2 months. The amenities are good though, and the bus is fine. 4 stars, I'd say.
Verified Renter The Landings is good for students who are willing to commute to school. The location and neighborhood is good! The only thing I would say they need to work on is having the maintenance team fix things a little bit faster.
Black mold! It’s been almost two weeks and we haven’t been able to stay in our apartment because no one checked it prior. No signs that it was cleaned before hand and we found black mold in our freezer. They have been dragging they’re feet to fix our issue.
Don’t move here if you like having money The Landings are some of the worst apartment complexes i’ve ever lived at, from the maintenance taking 3 months to fix our leaky toilet, the keys being faulty hotel keys and replacements costing $65, and all of the additional fees they like to add randomly. They were less than helpful during COVID (we didn’t have wifi for 3 months during online classes), and only worked to make our stay there miserable. Cheap student housing - and it shows The best thing I can say about this place is that the prices are very reasonable. However, I am not sure if this is worth it. Upon arrival, almost nothing was clean or functional. We submitted maintenance requests and they were not regarded for months. This meant we had no dishwasher, a faulty garbage disposal, and a leaky fridge. Additionally, the wifi has been terrible the past few months with no improvement in sight. Great Place to Live! This is a great place to live, especially if you go to MSU. The bus comes right to our front gate making the commute super easy. Also all the amenities you have access to are amazing and the price is good too!
Great Place To Live There are many reasons why living at the landings is great. The amenities for one. You have access to a pool, hot tub, tennis court, basketball court, and gym. If you have pets, there is a little dog park to let your dog run around. Most of all, I love the apartments itself. Very clean and safe place to live. If you are ever having problems, maintenance comes very quick. I recommend living here!
