Verified Renter The apartments is quite cool. The dishwasher is not working though, waiting to get it fixed. Everything else is cool. They have a bus stop just for The Landings, which is totally great aswell.

Verified Renter The first 72 hours have been great. The apartment could have been cleaned better prior to moving in. Although the few questions or concerns I’ve had the landing’s employees have been lovely to work with.

Verified Renter Don’t have the TV in the living room. The stove doesn’t work. Broken cabinet doors. Missing slide in closet in the bedroom. There were furnitures missing but they gave those.

Verified Renter My roommates and I moved in today and our entire apartment is disgusting. I have never seen any place this gross in my entire life. There was a pile of trash in the middle of the floor with condom rappers and garbage right outside of our patio door. All of our bathrooms have dark brown and black stuff all over the shower and toilet and floor. All of the floors are sticky and look like they haven’t been mopped or cleaned in years. Verified Renter When I first moved in, there was some grease on the cupboards, a good amount of scuffs around the walls, a broken chair, and paint on the floors and outlet covers. These aren’t huge problems, but the broken chair does show me that they don’t “double check” the apartments after move-out as much as they should. Verified Renter my apartment was absolutely trashed on move in day. i was unable to unload my belongings for hours only to have “professional cleaners” come in and not clean a single thing. my fridge doesn’t work nor is any of the baseboards put on. i’m greatly disappointed and dissatisfied
