Verified Renter The experience so far is good. Can’t complain too much. We just got new doors and now we have access to other amenities at all chandler crossing. Only current complain is we don’t have keys to our mailbox right now.

Verified Renter I recently stayed at The Landings at Chandler complex, and I would rate it 3 out of 5 stars. The complex has its pros and cons. The Landings at Chandler complex has its advantages, but there are areas that could use improvement. It's a decent place to live, and it is affordable.

Verified Renter Living space is nice. There’s also a lot of amenities that the Landings come with. However, the condition of many items such as restrooms, kitchens, and etc. need to be fixed/replaced. The maintenance system is not good. Whenever a maintenance request is sent in, it takes a long time for them to respond… let alone get the problem fixed. Sometimes they cancel the maintenance requests.

Verified Renter Nice place to stay. Its cozy and peaceful. The apartment are furnished. Have extra storage in the room as well. Community have indoor and outdoor space including gym, pool and free printing.
