Verified Renter So far everything has gone relatively smoothly, little hiccups here and there but overall pretty good. I have to sort out a few more things with the front office but overall I’ve had a great time here.
Verified Renter So far, I am happy with the services provided. The support was very helpful in getting everything done to get the Sub-Lease for my apartment room. Room is spacious and we have all required facilities. We also have a dedicated Bus Stop within the community, which for me is a plus. Along with that having a dedicated gym within reach is also nice.

Verified Renter Amazing! Has been quiet. Property management is awesome at communicating and the staff are great! Maintenance is fine haven’t had an issue. One thing is you don’t know who your roommates are unless you request that you and your friends be together. But even then that is very understandable.

Verified Renter Lots of unit issues but staff fixes them as they come up, just inconvenient and it takes a while but other than that pretty solid. A bit far from campus

Verified Renter Absolutely love the layout of the apartments and the rent for a 4 bed 4 bath is a steal! They provide so many amenities and appliances so you are all covered. I loved the giving and friendly community there which was highlighted when I would go with friends to walk their dogs around the dog park. Lastly, the free bus passes and bus stop located right at the end of the street saved me so many times and it is super helpful!
