Verified Renter Great space for the price. Highly recommend the 4bed 4 bath. Has a spacious room and private space too. And you feel like living with a family.

Verified Renter Management will not return our emails or phone calls. We were promised reimbursement for cleaning the trashed apartment upon arrival . Still have broken things needing to be fixed.

Verified Renter The staff are genuinely nice, but they don't communicate with each other well and don't always answer their phone. Both my previous and current apartment have experienced carbon monoxide leaks, and I have been given no clear timeline regarding when they will be fixed. Also, there is trash on the lawn that I doubt will be cleaned up.

Verified Renter Move in went well aside from A/C not working and it not being fixed yet. They also had to fully change my unit upon arrival as there were massive dogs occupying my unit.

Verified Renter I have yet to be put in to my actual apartment yet. I had to move all of my stuff into a temporary building for more until my given one is complete.

Verified Renter Can’t move into my apartment since we don’t have floors. Other then that the staff has been very helpful and even offered to put us in a hotel.

Verified Renter Good room overall but the move in process was bad 2 hours waiting in line for a key and they gave me the wrong key but the room was as advertised I am still to try the appliances

Verified Renter Loved living here just definitely chose the wrong roomates but still had the ability to have my own space which was great. Maintenance was great about fixing any issues usually within a few hours.

Verified Renter It was good, the prices are nice for university and there's a lot that comes with it as well. Along with not having to pay the water bills helps students out a lot with paying rent and stuff on time
