Verified Renter It was good, the prices are nice for university and there's a lot that comes with it as well. Along with not having to pay the water bills helps students out a lot with paying rent and stuff on time

Verified Renter For the most part, everyone is very kind and respectful! I will say, people like to tail my car as I’m driving through (at the posted speed) at 10 mph and taking it easy on the speed bumps because I have an 01’ vehicle, and that upsets me. Some noise here and there, but it’s college town and nothing excessive, so no big deal. But other than that, no complaints! I will also say.. please meet your roommates PHYSICALLY before moving in with them..it may save you a year of stress and anxiety.
