Verified Renter It kinda sucked, I didn’t mind living there for awhile but overall it feels very cheap and constantly getting pestered by staff and email got on my nerves

Verified Renter For the most part, everyone is very kind and respectful! I will say, people like to tail my car as I’m driving through (at the posted speed) at 10 mph and taking it easy on the speed bumps because I have an 01’ vehicle, and that upsets me. Some noise here and there, but it’s college town and nothing excessive, so no big deal. But other than that, no complaints! I will also say.. please meet your roommates PHYSICALLY before moving in with them..it may save you a year of stress and anxiety.

Verified Renter it is what you pay for. the maintenance is slow but if you dont have issues then you are good. i had a mold problem and they took forever to resolve it.

Verified Renter My son and I lived here for two and a half years, and the experience far surpassed my expectations. Management is very friendly, helpful, caring and kind. The amenities are wonderful. I've seen no crime whatsoever. The online portal makes it very easy to request maintenance and pay rent. There are social events and good renewal deals.
