Verified Renter Everything is great but the maintainence team. The place is nice everything is working but when things break or something is acting up it takes up to a month or 2 weeks just to get something fixed.

Verified Renter The state of this place has been declining so much recently. Go somewhere else they care more. Wifi doesnt work Garbage compactor never works and people dont throw their garbage away The leasing office is difficult to get ahold of Maintenance is slow

If they did not know the answer to my question, they made sure to ask someone who did know and got back to me very promptly.

Verified Renter While it’s not the greatest place to live in the area it’s also not the worst. They do offer roommate matching which is nice but you are better off fixing things yourself then waiting on maintenance.

Verified Renter I have lived here for two years and the amount of stress this apartment complex has caused me is not worth the price to live here. Maintenance takes months to respond, the office staff is rarely helpful, and the management has changed 3 times since I started living here. There are so many other complexes in the area, I highly recommend you avoid looking at this one.
