They never have your pre paid material ready costing you time and money
worst experience ever ! it took an hour to forklift 50 bags of top soil into my truck. nobody freaking cared ! not even the manager of the store. all he did was make excuses for his lackluster employees, while people stood around looking 4 people 2 help them. cutting my card up and going to lowes from now on.

Every time I go to Home Depot for appliances or other diy projects you don’t have what I need. This store has lost about $7000 of my business this year by not stocking any appliances. That’s ok, your store associate keeps referring me to Hahn’s , they should send her a commission. The associate doesn’t try to see if it’s in stock nearby or when it will be available, she assumed I needed to finance my purchase as well so she told me to go to Hahn’s. I have had the complete run around from all management and associates concerning my delivery for my order. They offered free delivery for my patio furniture. They then took my money and made excuses for 3 days on why they couldn’t deliver my order. Today, March 24th, 2021. My wife bought a plant and was too heavy to carry home. She went to a customer representative who works in the garden department and ask 2 questions. First question is what time does the store close. Representative inform her 8pm. She ask if can pickup her plant at 7pm when I (the husband) get home. This Home Depot is more like a pet store than home improvement store. I have gone multiple times and every time I go there is a different dog in the store. Not sure what the policy is there but the dogs are getting out of hand. Went today and a lady had a dog that pissed inside by the return counter. Is the new West Allis dog park?
