Purchased $2200 washer/dryer set. We made the choice to purchase the white set because there were hundreds in stock. We chose our own delivery date. 2 days before that date they called and moved it to 2 weeks and 2 days later. Upon that delivery they delivered a damaged washer. So we refused it. Called 3 times to get a new delivery date and they had to call Samsung(even worse customer service) to see when a new one could be sent out. It was going to be another 2 1/2 weeks. I went in last night to buy 2 pvc pipes. I asked a front end associate who was monitoring the self checkout to page someone to assist me in getting them cut in half. Waited 20 minutes and asked her to page again. No one came. At this point, I asked for a manager. Shockingly, yet again, nobody came to assist me. Ordered a washer and dryer. The wrong washer was ordered, nothing could be done short of waiting for the refund to appear on the card and order again. So I just accepted it would be what it would be. Then my delivery never happened, I had to contact the store to find out my delivery date had been rescheduled THREE WEEKS LATER. I promptly cancelled my order. Two weeks later and no refund still. So once again I was stupid enough to buy from HD and have it delivered. “3 to 7” they say. At 7:00 pm we call, “driver is still coming, sorry” At 8:00pm “sorry were not sure what’s happening, do you want to reschedule?” No, I’ve been sitting here for 5 hours waiting after leaving work early! 8:30pm Home Depot calls us “okay driver isn’t going to make tonight, we’ll have to reschedule you, sorry” what a load! I am so done with Home Depot, just want EVERYONE to know what they did AGAIN!
