Visited here because my mother recently moved and wants to change blinds in the whole house. The employee that was assisting her was so very helpful. She needed guidance on what to buy and helped her with her options and even how she could order other options not available in store. While in the middle of helping her one of the managers rudely interrupts and tells him he has other customers. RecommendedYesterday evening my best friend and I went to Home Depot in Windham CT to get supplies for a bunny hutch. Two men helped us and made our trip easier trying to find materials needed . Angel O. helped us with hardware items and Matt helped us with the lumber. I want to say thank you and we appreciate the help. I’ve been to this location a few times and always had great experience with the employees. All whom I have encountered are helpful and professional. Keep it up, the customer service doesn’t go unnoticed.
RecommendedMy husband and I were recently shopping there when a very strong thunderstorm hit and the area was put under a tornado warning. I was very impressed by the professionalism and proficiency the staff showed when putting the store's tornado warning response in effect. Customers were invited to the break room area for safety, and staff kept making sure everyone who wanted to sit had a seat. They also passed out bottles of water as we waited. RecommendedMe and my husband went to Home Depot in Knightdale, NC on Easter and asked for an associate to help us with finding a lawn mowers. Associate Jeff Watlington came right over and did an amazing job helping us pick the mower that was perfect for us and stayed with us helping us find the bagger and other accessories we were searching for. RecommendedIf masks are required then those not wearing one should not be allowed to enter. Several folks not wearing one even though the majority were, including handicap and the elderly. The ones that weren’t were younger people. Totally unfair. Enforce your own rules!
