Management here is the absolute most stunningly arrogant excuse of human disappointments i have ever come across.
I just read the story of the Spokane store #4714. How can corporate and its employees treat our veterans with such disrespect? They fought for our freedom and our country knowing that they may or may not come home alive or not. Unfortunately where I live there isn't a Lows near us. Because believe you me I would not buy anything from Home Depot. Corporate should rethink there policy. I'm sure that they are losing business because of this story.
sitting here in Cincinnati reading about how you treated an old vet, i'm an old vet... will be shopping at Lowes here from now on.
