Customer Service is really bad. No one in sight to help out. I always get it’s not my department... elderly people are waiting for help also.. it’s sad that I a customer am willing to help them out. Manager’s excuse is because of pandemic. Wow sad

I called Home Depot and the phone rang for at least 10 minutes in the cabinet department with no answer. I know that lately when I go in there I can’t seem to get any help it’s not the way it used to be.
Disappointed that customer service never called back like they said they would. They reached out to me about an online order I placed, and I told them I was disappointed the grill I picked up had broken feet, rust, dirt and water spots, and even the accessory bag was full of water. Had they called me back like they stated they would, I wouldn’t have bothered leaving a review. Poor practices.

did a online order for a door and went to pick it up at store. got home. and was doing a request for 11% online and could not find the 14 digit number to get the rebate. so I chated with a person online and was told online orders it doses not apply to..What menards it doses. I picked Home Depot for a new kitchen and flooring project. I have used their services for several other projects and had been very satisfied, until now.There have delays, mis shipments, expensive change orders and now no one seems to be co ordinating the project. I have sub contractor calling and asking me what is going on.I vent to the kitchen designers, even though they have no power to help me, with the hope it might get escalated to someone that like their motto says… See more
