I opened a credit card on August 2 of 2021 with Home Depot in your store Pompano Beach . I was verbally and almost physically attached by a store employee today...and when I called on a manager about this we confronted the employee and again he tried to assault me in front of the manager and thank got another employee held him back...this kid should have been fired on the spot but wasn't....hello social media...here I come...watch out homedepot!!!
Horrible customer service. My boyfriend and I went to purchase a fridge and it turned into a disaster. The fridge we wanted was only available for the “sale price” online, which I thought was strange but I brushed it aside. We had Chris as the employee helping us out. this store is horrible. the staff is dumb as dirt. asked to use my phone to order things they were out of. because they didn't understand their technology. f u guys. after 35 minutes, left my basket 60 + with another 50+ order and really wanted to punch someone.
I ordered a new frig in July & was due to have it delivered today 8/5/21. We received updates the day before and were told it would be delivered today btwn 3pm & 7pm. The last text from them was at 6:05pm saying they would arrive btwn 6:30 & 7:15pm. At 6:42pm we got a call saying that the delivery guy was done for the day & we would have to wait a week to get our frig.
