This store at Woodman and Powers refused to provide military discounts for lumber and plumbing items. The items I needed were corrigated plastic tubing to divert water from the roof downspouts. I will not be shopping there in the future.

Been trying to purchase OSB and have to travel from out of town to shop there. After calling in and being told they had some available I was advised I could NOT pay to hold it until I arrived to pick it up. Drove 2 hours to get there and was rudely told they didn’t have any! Walked outside and there sat approximately 60 units on the side of the building and every one was marked SOLD. Apparently the rules only apply to some. the manager watched me and my wife push three carts of wood, and never offered a hand... then along comes a white guy with a push lawnmower...he carries it out and loads it... next to us and walk back in and never offered to help...$1300 don't get you help but being white does... and yes I said this to his face
RecommendedI really want to commend the early morning paint department crew; the young guy who likes to listen to music and play air guitar and the slightly older gentleman who is truly a pro! They went so above and beyond in mixing my 5 gallon buckets on 5 different mornings at 6am, when I’m sure they had much opening procedures to do! They were pleasant, helpful and cheerful each and every time! Thank you, guys!!
Home Depot rant: bare shelves, boxes on the floor, near dead plants, merchandise that hasn’t been put away, employees who don’t know a screw from a nail, not enough staff, store is not clean. We usually come to this store fore convenience but it’s not convenient when you can’t find what you need. Unsatisfied customer!Heading to another store!
