I was there last week looking for hoses for the back of washer, at first I couldn't find anyone but when I did find someone the guy didn't know what I was talking about, the next person I asked said I think they are down there (pointed to an isle) then walked away. I ended up walking out and going somewhere else. Will never visit that home depot again
If you offer a Military Discount, you should honor your policy. LOWES GIVES MILITARY DISCOUNTS. Your refusal in 2015 is still circulating.....all the way to Fl. It is rapidly being reposted and shared.

Terrible management. Disrespectful and rude to customers
After reading a story about the "moron of a manager" of this particular HD not giving a discount to a veteran, I will be going to Lowe's, which I prefer.
Any business that turns down a war vet for a discount will not get my business. Said he had to be active. How the hell can you be active and fix up your house at the same time. Shame on you Home Depot. The manager in charge should be fired!
