Spent 5800 on flooring that was supposed to be delivered direct to home on the 30th of March still nothing. Home was torn apart so had to spend an additional 1400 for store stock just to make daughters area livable. Excuses after excuses from the vender. Store managers solution was just cancel order and pick something else a lot easier said than done seeing he’s not the consumer experiencing this issue. Absolutely no professionalism.

Very unorganized and it’s never their fault, they make excuses. It never fails when in order online they say there internet is slow or they didn’t get the order. Very frustrating. I agree internet is a huge problem. Fix it then .

Went to Home Depot for flooring, paid $35 for quote. To get quote you need to contact the "quote dept". I requested the quote to just be emailed to me. Rep continued to go over quote, again requested to be emailed. She said she would process, put on hold, after 5 minutes I hung up. Great Customer Service! Oh by the way, orig quote 195 SF $<$800, correct measurements 240SF, but now quote $>1,550. Been 1/2 hour and still have not received quote.

Currently having a terrible experience with the flooring installation company and the Home Depot customer service. The installation company same day canceled twice and then came to do the job and I wasn’t told ahead of time that I needed to disassemble the crib. I could have easily completed if told ahead of time, but I was by myself with a baby. This should have been addressed by the contractor who completes measurements and takes photos of the rooms for approval. This was also not in any of the printed instructions that I ... read more

No concern for customer safety, no enforcement of Mask Policy. Visited the store today. Many employees with Masks on their chins. Nearly half the customers Mask-less. Will shop elsewhere from here on out

I cant even imagine how Home Depot continues to allow people with no respect,no customer skills and no morales to be called managers. Today’s experience with the manager Kevin was not good at all as he told me he could t help me When all I wanted to do was pay for my order and delivery that wasn’t going through on their website. Then after I called and was told to go into the store. It’s sad that these big stores continue opened and treat their customers horrible. Thank y… See more

Went to buy fence panels. The price was displayed as 54.97. When I tried to order them they came up 139.00. They refused to honor the displayed price. The manger even said she needs to get a new sign.
