RecommendedI find everything I need always. except this store in katy seems a little run down and not maintained. I am coming from San Diego and there is a huge difference ours are more big cleaned and organized I stil have to go to lowes and see how they compare to San Diego also. love Texas but needs a little TLC.

RecommendedWe had a major problem with blackout blinds which wouldn't retract and wouldn't adjust. These were a brand new product and they were expensive and when we brought them back to the store in Poughkeepsie the employees couldn't be more helpful.
