I bought a brand new range/oven from Home Depot. It’s 90 day return ended February 28, 2021. Today, March 21, I turned the oven on to preheat. A few minutes later I go to the kitchen and smoke is boiling out of it!!!! I opened the oven door and the entire oven is engulfed in orange flames 🔥!!!! Called Home Depot and they said we have to call the vendor, after 90 days they won’t do anything to help us with this flaming brand new oven! So if you want customer service DON’T BUY APPLIANCES AT HOME DEPOT
Cabinets & Countertops My husband had set up appointment with a kitchen counter designer. We let them know we were interested in cabinets while we were there. We expected the designer to at least set with a while us and go over different options. It was like they thought we needed to figure out everything on our on. My husband likes Home Depot over Menards usually but not in this case. Very disappointed
We have always given Home Depot our business because their customer service seems to be a lot better. Not today! One employee spoke to us the entire hour and a half we were there. The man working in appliances wouldn’t acknowledge and help us. 30 minutes we were in the area, standing right beside him... he never acknowledged us. You lost the sale of a washer and a kitchen faucet because of terrible customer service. Maybe we will come back and try again... maybe not. Spent $3,500.00 at this location about 20 minutes ago. The older woman that "helped" us order our appliances couldn't have been more miserable and it clearly showed. This woman's opening remarks to us was, " do you need something?". Unfortunately for us, we did need something, and were tired of dealing with rude employees elsewhere so we settled here. The appliances are ordered, but I will be canceling if I can find them somewhere else. Horrible customer service!
I understand the Keys are very relaxed. I couldn’t imagine dealing with angry tourists daily. I hate to write anything negative, but I just about had an out of body experience this evening. The girl who was checking us out on the east side of the building around 515pm on 3/21/21 needs to be trained again. As we had three carts, this young lady was scanning our stuff in a bucket and was all over the place. Asked me to open up our tile box to count them for her .. Military watch out! They have denied my veterans state issued drivers license with veteran status. Not sure why, since the VA says it's absolutely acceptable.https://www.va.gov/records/get-veteran-id-cards/
