I bought a storm door from them. The installation fee was going to be 213.00 because the house was built before 1977. They said it was an upcharge for the lead paint. All the wood around the door is wrapped so there's no paint showing. I think that's a bunch of crap.

Excellent customer service, The shelves are well-stocked with what you need, checking out was fast, we would sure love to see a Home Depot come to Goldsboro North Carolina ! Desperately need one there! We love this Home Depot store!

I am DONE with Home Depot in Hutto! I tried to call and ask about a deep freezer. The people in "Customer Service" were curt and frustrated as noone in Appliances would ever pick up. I then went in to the store and tried to find someone... anyone in Appliances to help me and could not find a person! I then called Home Depot in Round Rock and talked to the most helpful gentleman in Appliances. The last time I was at Home Depot in Hutto trying to buy a microwave the rude… See more

We are doing a lot of yard work and remodeling. I was there Tuesday I think it was, and John the manager was amazing. I didn't catch the cashier's name she was great too! I came back today to get the rest of the stuff I needed and again, customer service was GREAT!! I'll be back again once we move inside to start that remodel

worst experience ever. went there today because they had Kingsford charcoal on sale and it showed 302 in stock. went there with my wife who thought we would be in and out. went to the isle, and they had none. this was 1:00 pm. I asked a worker in the next isle if he could see if any where in the back. he saidnhe would check. at about 1:30 pm I went to the service desk and told them what was happening and asked if I could just do a pickup order. they said sure. so he rang me up, I paid and told him i would pull around once my... read more

This evening my wife and I went to Home Depot in Pasadena TX. We needed to order carpet to be installed in our home. I asked the store employee why the estimate for the carpet was so much higher than what i had come up with. I gave her the dimensions and she told me that she couldn't enter fractions. She estimated 543 sq ft and our estimate was 475 sq ft. Also the carpet pad she quoted us was $0.74 sq ft. I found the same pad online on your website for $0.38 sq ft. Absolutely horrible customer service. Ordered a product that was supposed to be in stock. Paid for it and went to go pick it up but the product wasn't there no one new where the order was. They kept telling me to come back on a certain date and still nothing. No body knows where it's at or how to help. Incompetent staff and management. Would leave zero stars if I could.

I wanted to give a shout out to the amazing employee who not only helped me but unfortunately had to also deal with my crazy ex mother in law who had to take out her anger not only towards me but also towards her. I appreciate it and it was nice knowing that she was there to help. Thank you

Customer service there is very professional and I got all that I need it in a reasonable amount of time and the cashiers and sales people there are very nice
