If I could give zero stars I would! I just read an article on Facebook how this idiotic, ignorant manager not only refused a discount to a veteran but was disrespectful as well! SMH having to work in retail with john q public is not a walk in the park, but we should all still treat customers especially our good customers that trade locally, with respect.
