RecommendedI had a rough experience at the Madison Heights location on 6-4-21. I paid for fencing and rented a truck, waited an hour for it to be loaded just for them to tell me “sorry, we don’t have that fence”. I called Troy and spoke with Jim, the manager. He went out of his way to check on fencing inventory for me and they didn’t have what I needed either. He price matched fencing for me and covered my rental! The worst experience I've ever had at a Home Depot I walked in and wanted to get a gas grill someone said that she would call someone to help me at the department after 20 minutes wait I looked around for associate I asked the associate for help he looked annoyed and said I'm sorry that's not my department go find somebody else so then I asked him well at least can you tell me if they put grills together and he said no we don't do that bye and walked away. They have some of the most incompetent people at checkout. Twice now I've walked out leaving my items because they didn't know what they were doing.
No one ever wants to help here, they are no where in sight. I ordered a stove from here and the delivery was horrible. The drivers did not hook up new one or haul away old one. I paid $45 for this and need a refund. I can't get any help on the phone or on line.
