I purchased a gas stove $1200.00 + dollars and twice it is supposed to have been delivered and was not on the truck. Mind you delivery truck is at my home, when I find this out. Finally customer service tells me they can't find my stove. I am an event planner with 3 upcoming events this weekend coming up and no stove. This has caused me to loose multiple events.. Very dissatisfied! Never shopping here ever!
Spent 25 minutes in the lumber dept.Could not get anyone to cut a 2x4 for me.Called for a manager and none arrived. Decided to to take my business to ACE.
Will NEVER shop at Home Depot again. they failed to deliver my $600 dishwasher, and, now, they refuse to refund my money. The store manager doesn't return phone calls, and, the corporate stooges refuse to give out the district managers name or phone number. My next stop is thru small claims court.
It seems like it’s nothing but a hassle to return something there, some guy in front of me I believe was tax exempt he gave them a number but did not show any ID whatsoever, I made a purchase with a store credit that I had just received from the other end of the store two minutes prior, it was for I believe eight dollars, and she made me show her my ID, stupid policy, if someone wants to sell their store credit or give it to a family member they have every right to do that, T… See more

Never use Home Depot carpet installers. They started the job - decided furniture was too heavy & left. They were late to the job - took furniture to the patio and left.
Delivery was scheduled today Saturday July 17. They brought everything except the grill. Now they’re telling me it won’t be delivered until Wednesday July 21. Spoke to the store and they said there’s nothing they can do to have it delivered today. Very disappointed.
