I can honestly say that not only are a lot of the staff at this location unprofessional and the customer service is lack luster; but the GM (general manager) there talks to you like she is part of an organized crime ring.To make a literal almost 2 month long story short. RecommendedThe employees here are very helpful... the only problem I have is when you call... I called and let the phone ring until someone answered... 5 MINUTES the phone rang until someone finally answered!!! I let it ring this long just out of curiosity. They transferred me to the flooring department... to where I was hung up on... WOW... WTH.
I had a sump pump go bad that was still under warranty and they would not honor the warrantee due to manufacturer updated the attached float switch and changed the up number. It happened on a weekend when the manufacturer customer service was closed. offered me $50 off on a new one. List price $200. This happened at the Hill Rd store. Manager was not very customer focused. Gary Marsh.

ordered and payed for a washing machine over a month ago..and have had 2 scheduled deliveries and 2 no shows ... have to keep changing work schedule to accommodate them and they don't even show
I've spent alot of money from my inheritance in this store, they are rude, they say demeaning comments. They have said things like throw her to the ground in one, I'm almost 60 years old, plant shop like alot of people. I'm disabled, talk out loud from anxiety. Todd Illendon a systems operational manager actually looked me up on LinkedIn. They had one male worker grab my cart once and yell. I suppose I was too close to the next customer. They are rude, they seem preoccupied with me.
We were in town from Venice and stopped by to buy a grill. Asked 3 people for help. 1. Lawn and Garden. 2. a man that just there to help from corporate then the 3rd attempt was a girl at the front register who announced on the intercom. The grill we needed was propane which needed a forklife and there was no price tags. We left because we wanted to get back to Venice before dark. just sucks.
Very poor service , no one assisted me . Unbelievable !
RecommendedAlways so helpful but this time I was blown away by their generosity and excitement when I approached them asking for a donation. Sugarloaf School is undergoing construction creating a new elementary building so our students have lost access to the playground. Our PTO wanted to paint a Brain Break on the cement for them and Anwar & his crew couldn’t have been more accommodating, helpful and kind.
