Worst customer service ever. No one that works there knows how to help you or even point you into the direction of someone who can. They're all lost in that building.
I ordered vinyl plank flooring and installation for my condo in Dallas. I coordinated with the Home Depot contractor (Cooper Installation) to get my vinyl floor installation on the books. They instructed me to have all of my beds dismantled and no more than six pieces of furniture in each room. Nice move…charged me $40 to measure my front door and told us they would apply it to the installation… claimed there was an issue with the frame but won’t give us back the $40 bucks… careful btw it doesn’t say that on the receipt
The delivery people couldn't be bothered to demonstrate how to operate my dishwasher, we were then told to read the manual. After a call to complain I was promised someone would be out to go over things with me, nobody ever did. NEVER AGAIN.
The past three Fridays I’ve tried to stop by and pick up flowers from the garden dept. each time I get a basket, pick up a few and low and behold they’ve closed the registers and locked the gates!!! I have no intention of carting my purchase through the store to SELF CHECKOUT!!! It was 5:30pm today when they Closed!!! I put my flowers back on the rack and walked out! I don’t know if this is a corporate policy or just this store but all check out lanes are NO CASH transactions, except for the pro check out line. If I didn’t have a gift card to use up For partial payment I would have dumped the shop vac on the floor , gave the finger and walked out, Instead I waited in the long 1 cash checkout lane, apparently I’m not the only old school cash customer left, this is still America where American cash is still king, Home Depot will be my last choice from now on
