She didn’t quite know how to set it up but she didn’t give up. She kept working diligently until she figured it out. Apologizing often. The manager said she was new. This location is AWFUL!!! Terrible customer service and very unhelpful. When trying to match paint to a can of paint I brought in they said (the only option to really match it) was to cut a hole in my wall, but provided no other options. RecommendedWhatever company/contractor they use to deliver appliances, should be fired. We paid for installation, kits, hoses for our new dishwasher, but only received the dishwasher. The guy who delivered it was rude. He wanted us to sign for delivery before we inspected the appliance. It was still in the box. Ordered dishwasher online and both times they tried to delivered unit had a huge dent. Was told if I want to get a refund I need to go to one of their locations. Drove to the Lincoln Ca location and was told by a manger they can’t do a refund in the store because it was an online purchase. had a delivery of a refrigerator paid for it to be delivered and installed and they wouldn't bring it up the stairs they left it in the parking lot I called the store and they said oh we don't have a contract with those people anymore the new contract doesn't do stairs what where's the refund b**** you were paid to remove and install horrible job
