Shame on you!! And a corporate policy that allows it's management to treat people the way the older veteran was treated in your store. I live across country in NY and will share the story here as well. This one manager and his cocky, disrespect should cost you millions in sales throughout the country. If I was Corporate I would rethink policy and people.
Just saw the story about how one of our country's s military veterans was completely disrespected by your incompetent manager. Shame on you! That man earned that discount by giving his life for your naive and waste of a life! I hope that store location gets shut down! And I'm not even going to go to any other Home Depot location again! From now on I'm going to Lowes or Menards until that man receive a formal AND a personal apology and the policy changes!

I read about a veteran being treated disrespectfully by someone called a manager. If this is how vets are treated by Home Depot, count me out as a customer. Shame on you and what an embarrassment about the people you elevate to manager. The story could have been so uplifting in these times of hardship, for some.
