This review is for the flooring department at Home Depot in Centennial Hills. In short, I ordered my product on July 4, 2021 and today, November 15, 2021 I cancelled my order. Yes, 4-1/2 months. I've NEVER struggled so much in my life with a retail business. We ordered doors back in August. We also paid for installation. The lack of communication is insane! Today we received a text that told us our order was ready and they would see us September 22nd. It's November 9th!!!! I've called 3 times in the past few minutes and NOBODY can assist. WTF is wrong with your company!?!?!?!

Home Depot has the worst customer service EVER! If you purchase a major appliance they will not take it back for a refund for ANY reason. You are stuck with it. This is why I always shop at LOWES. This one time I gave Home Depot a chance and they failed. I would get better customer service from a flea market.

This store is kicking out their store cat of ten years. She has kept the store safe from rats and mice for 10 years and now she’s being kicked to the curb. Management wants her gone now. Hope they get infested with rats. Shame on you Home Depot.
Terrible service at the windows and blinds department!!They installed expensive electronic blinds and cannot find a technician to repair- have to replace whole blind???RIDICULOUS!!Other outfits install and repair!
Do not trust any appliance installation from this Home Depot. They botched my dishwasher installation and did nothing to correct it.
