HOW DARE YOU DISRESPECT OUR VETS! I hope corporate sees how an action against one honorable person can relate to thousands of great people taking actions to support them. I will help to spread the news. Whoever made the video is right. The manager there will give his undeserving friends a discount just to be cool and accepted over a VET who fought for his rights and liberty. Sacramento CA
Horrible customer service. Asked for a specific date item, the clerk was in the middle of a conversation with another clerk, she was annoyed we asked for help. She directed us to the isle where our item supposedly was located, it was not there. We turned around, walked by the two clerks who could see we did not have what we were looking for, neither asked if we needed further help. We went to Lowes and got what we needed and had all the assistance we could have asked for.
No vets discount. Not on. �
What a shame on the veteran discount . Guess we will be shopping at Lowe's from now on. Was visiting in your area 2weeks ago . Never came into your store. But the video of your manager refusing a vet his discount is all over Facebook. Guess we have no respect for the people who served and protected your a$$.
