The appliances department is very nonchalant and will keep you waiting to place an order, but there's a bigger problem with their delivery service. They use a 3rd party. This logistics company came to my house at 11am on Saturday, which was the wrong time. English was his second language. God forbid you have a return! Their customer service reps are so rude!!
Suck service from beginning till end. Products order delivery missing have to wait 3 weeks. No response have to call them to follow up my product. Don’t buy things here !!
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. This store and the people that work there have made me never want to shop at another Home Depot again. I honestly never write reviews but this experience has been awful. Because of the workers there I have items and money that I will never get back. Highly do not recommend.

RecommendedI called today September 22, 2021. I just bought a condo in Brentwood and the kitchen is very out dated from 1977. They advertised kitchen remodel consultation. I spoke to what sounded like a young female about and hour ago. She began to lecture me on the pandemic and how they only do virtual consults at this time. RecommendedI rented a small roto tiller to dig up a small part of my front yard where I had a maple tree removed...it worked great and the staff of the tool rental dept were very helpful...they even gave me a hands on demonstration
RecommendedJay in kitchen area is wonderful and so patient ,helpful and all around fabulous. Store manager Crystal was really knowledgeable. I recommend the store all around. Truly a positive experience.
