NO VET DISCOUNTS? HOW ABOUT WE BOYCOTT YOUR COMPANY? Home depot corps should be ashamed if themselves for cutting out veterans discounts. Who gets the dam discounts, the EMPLOYEES, THERE FRIENDS, No IF VETERANS DON'T GET DISCOUNTS NOBODY SHOULD GET DISCOUNTS, VETS DO THE MOST GOOD THIS COUNTRY, RISKING THERE LIVES FOR YOUR ASS TO HAVE THE PRIVILEGE OF GOING HOME, TO YOUR FAMILY, AND FREE COUNTRIE. HOME DEPOT IS THE MOST PITIFUL COMPANY.
You will deny a vet his ability to qualify for a discount. You hear all of this backlash. Does home depot not have the gall to say anything. Sounds like this manager is a real tool.
I can't believe you'll would denied a vet. What shitty service. And very disrespectful to the older guy. I would had fired them fast if that was my store for being rude and disrespectful to a customer that has been going there a lot. I can't believe that. What is wrong with people now and days.
Veterans ask for discount but don't feel entitled to it. Corporate should choose to give a discount because it is showing support to the men and women who chose to keep you, your family, and your country safe.� But we always have Lowe's, they give discounts and the staff is always respectful here in El Paso.
How could a manager refuse a discount to an elderly veteran? My advice to anyone in the area to register your disgust with this incident.

I heard about the manager at this Location denying a veteran his discount. Absolutely disgraceful. I hope this location either fires that manager or your whole store goes out of business. I live in Oregon but I won't go to a Home Depot now because of this story. I support the ones who fought for me 100%.
You really don't know any thing. Our veterans deserve to honor the company policy of giving a discount to be give. They made it possible for you to be free. They are right you are a moron
Well, let's see...I have shopped at Home Depot for approximately 25-30yrs and because of the manager in this store disrespecting a Veteran, I am now taking my business to Lowe's, Ace or anywhere else and I will also do what I can to get the word out to friends and family and anyone else who takes disrespect towards our Vets seriously. Shame on you!
