I’ve shopped here several times in the past prior to this pandemic and had no issues. I called the store at the beginning of Feb ‘21 about picking up a kids workshop kit. I was told they’re not there yet and to call back in a few days. I explained I would need four, one of my daughter and three for my neighbors’s children. The rep said that would be fine. This Home Depot has stopped enforcing face masks. We’ve been working on a project for the last few weeks and lately have noticed a lot of customers allowed in without masks.

Went to buy new powertools for my dads birthday and instead of employees asking if I need help was told that the tool area i was in would be closed in 10 min which was odd because when I came back it was not. I have never written a complaint about a store or product before. Never. Life happens, people make mistakes BUT, I cannot move forward without cautioning people about the kitchen designers at Home Depot Rochester Hills, MI. I ordered a small, single line set of cabinets. 3 bases, 3 uppers. Simple custom order in November. My very first request was to show me only soft-closing mechanisms options. I shall forewarn you that K-Mart also went out of business when it tried blacking out original prices and charging more. I like my plant but I would liked it alot better at its original price.
