Purchased a stove from Home Depot last week. Was suppose to be delivered today. They called with the 4 hour window -10- 2 pm. At 1:55 pm called to say they couldn’t deliver it today due to the cold weather. Didn't they know at 8 am this morning it was cold ? Now its supposed to be delivered on Wednesday- again will call with a 4 hour window. This is unacceptable- no regards for my time

Do not shop here. The customer service is unprofessional. We ordered a dryer from them on the 9th of January and when they came, they said it was dented. So we sent it back. We rescheduled the new dryer to be sent but Home Depot refunded our install without our knowledge. When they came, they told me and I said that’s not what we paid for, and that’s when we found out the install was refunded. Now, they won’t refund our money for the dryer! DO NOT SHOP HERE!
I have stopped shopping there because they are very lax about the mask wearing policy. I saw both workers and customers not wearing masks.
Having a horrible time getting service to come back and stack my new LG washer and dryer which were delivered on different days. Getting such ridiculous responses on why they can’t do this. I have called so many different phone numbers and been transferred and dropped. As a senior citizen and currently recovering from surgery, this is a major inconvenience. I was a very happy HD customer until now. Take your business elsewhere.
customer service is terrible and very rude employees
so walked into this place to speak to someone at customer service. As soon as someone sees me she comes over and the attitude begins! I haven't said a word yet and she is already giving me grief. I explain that I purchased this item and it has a lifetime service agreement. Said we will have to have it replaced through the manufacturer.
