My name is Steve Kimpton. I've been shopping at the Pulaski store for almost 4 years. I've been in there every day for probably a month picking up items to do some improvements at my house. today I was trying to load sheetrock and I was run out of the aisle because the forklift came down there to put sheets back. Disrespected at the shipper door. Mad bc they hv 3 pallets to take off this semi truck. Rude lady! I hope they don't treat all their customers this way.
Employee was not wearing his mask that was delivering my curbside pickup. He came to my window and was asking me questions about my order.
I went to get a new range microwave. Two employees standing right there talking about someone on break again. I said excuse me, they went to the other side of the counter. So I took pictures of the microwaves I was interested in. As we’re walking away she goes you need help. I said no cause obviously the coworker y’all were discussing weren’t the only one on break. I’m going to Lowe’s
I called after a break in with a few simple questions. Some rude dope head answered the phone and wouldn't provide his name and just hung up. I called back and spoke with Donna who was an absolute delight. But I want the employees name. I will be in to speak woth Ramon Monday.

RecommendedI’ve been having issues with designing My fireplace for my master bedroom- Dwayne offer to help me as soon as I walked in the door! Took my all around the store looking for ideas! It was beyond helpful- hands down the most helpful Home Depot persons I’ve ever worked with! In fact all the staff was super friendly while in the store!! Keep up the great work!!
My new stove was delivered today it does not work I have spent the whole afternoon and evening being jacked around by every department about getting a product that works or getting my money refunded and now I was just told call back again tomorrow.
