what kind of idiot store manager do you have at this store??
I'm not surprised that a) their manager was a jackass; b) that their policy changes frequently w/o notifying customers; and c) policies vary from state to state and are a matter of interpretation. I quit shopping at Home Depot when they started giving in to the demands of the muslimes in Dearborn, Michigan so it won't impact my shopping habits. It's a shame that they pick and choose who to honor.
