The worst place to get windows and their contractors are horrible.
Too long of a wait to get loaded need more than one forklift driver for pro customers. Train more associates to operate forklifts and lifts
We purchased a refrigerator and range on December 28th. The order got messed up five times, with delivery dates changing four times. The issue was between Home Depot and Samsung regardless we had enough and canceled because they couldn't make it right. No one called us to tell us there was an issue.
customer service is non existent. when asked to speak with a supervisor,the supervisor refused to speak with me.

Scheduled to have our dishwasher delivered today between 1:00 and 5:00. Said they’d call 1/2 before delivery. They called me at 5:45 and said they still had one more in front of me! I said, “nope, I had to leave for a meeting and wouldn’t be home until 7:30.” Delivery guy said that was too late for him, so he would tell the office to call and reschedule me! 😡😡😡 Tried to call the store several times and CAN NOT get a person on the phone! The Home Depot won't honor my return on the appliance I bought from them a piece of crap Samsung dishwasher and I kept getting LC code. it is 4 weeks old this is a common problem I found out I just wanted my money back I would have bought a different brand at the same homedepot now I will never buy another appliance from any homedepot.
