They have the worst customer service!
We went in around 5pm to look at cabinets, counters and flooring. We are remodeling our kitchen. We have a complete layout drawn up including all the cabinet sizes we need and we know what color we want. Should have been an easy sell for the company. No one asked us if we needed help. After standing there for awhile, we finally asked 2 employees who had been just standing there if they could help us. They told us it was not their department, we would have to wait on someone from that department who was with another customer ... read more
Special ordered insulation over 2 weeks ago. promised itd be in on the 21st and here it is the 28th and it wasnt even ordered till yesterday when I called and complained. Now home owner wants to fire and sue me due to their neglect of job duties. Place is A Joke. I will NOT Be bringing my business back there... Very Incompetent... and Highly Pissed Off....
RecommendedStores has a sign saying it closes at 10, went there and a worker scream from inside, they were closed. I asked about the sign, she said she will tell the store manager....I’m sure they know this, if this changes are due to coronavirus, they’re not new changes, retailers had been dealing with changes in hours for month now, including Home Depot, no excuse for not changing the sign.
RecommendedReally impressed with the delivery men that brought our new stove. Despite having to wait 2 extra weeks (yes it was a pain in the butt to not have an oven or stove) the guys that brought our range today were extremely efficient and helpful. Delivery time window was between 9-1 so I expected to have to wait, but they were here by 9:30- and that was with 5 other stops before ours. Very friendly, wore their face coverings, ensured everything was in working order. They were awesome.
Was told I couldn't get military discount even though I showed my ID . My ID is expired (my wallet was recently stolen have to go get a new ID) But shows I'm a Veteran. When I said it shows that I'm a veteran then cashier replied in a snotty manner "I'm not going to go there with you" I will just go to Lowes where I have an account set up by my number!
