CEO should fire manager for not giving military discount to the man in your store. I am going to help share so this goes Viral. Your company should be ashamed and I will boycott your store even in Texas for the stupid thing the manager in Spokan Valley, Wa. Just terrible!
What is comes down to is this: He had previously received the discount, but since his last visit the policy had changed. So IMO what the manager should have done instead of being a jerk, explained why the policy had changed and tell him he would receive the discount today for the last time. I think the customer might have taken it better and the manager would not have made him feel like he didn't matter.
