Went two weekends in a row to get window blinds. No one was available to assist or help cut the blinds either time. You would think there would be employees present, especially on a Saturday. Poor service.
just wanna say I actually had to do a search and find this page so if that proves anything about how bad our service was after buying a microwave that I wanted to make a complaint somewhere just to vent. I'm assuming Charlie had a bad day but when other employees almost laugh when they find out he is the person helping us then they doesn't give a person much hope that hes ever gonna be helpful. so if u go here good luck and don't ask for help 😎😎
If you are going to close down all your lanes and only have self check out available, thats fine. But I don't need your employee standing, staring at me less than 6 feet away while I scan each of my items. Then feel the need to ask me if I had scanned all my items. Next time I'll just drive to Lowe's.
I pay for something and forget it on the basket. Don’t leave before checking the basket. Lol.
Three times we have tried to contact them about missing cabinets. Of course we recorded it, of course we have phone records. Yet the manager had never heard of the incident. My mother is 75 and the hours we have spent on the phone. I can not imagine if she would have had to do it. We figured they were going through Covid and maybe hit hard. So today we were in the phone for an hour and a half thinking we were getting it taken care of. Messed up blind order. Almost 40 windows. We've left multiple messages for the rep and managers, with no call backs. Ordered custom blinds. All were suppose to be cordless. Most were, some came with cords. 1 had broken slats. 1 door missing. 1 extra (assume this was suppose to be the door). install had delays, so we had to install ourselves, as we had tenants coming in. Still waiting on call backs to fix, with no avail. Guess may need to dispute charges to card?

Went in there Sunday, my boyfriend asked this gentleman about some shelves they had and he started to answer his question and then started walking away answering the rest of the question. Then we went to check out in the self checking and there was an opening and this older lady literally said in the most hateful tone “y’all are gonna have to wait a minute” it’s safe to say we sat out stuff down and walked out. HORRIBLE customer service.
