If I could give them zero stars, I would. am very disappointed in the way that Andrew (store manager) and sales associate (Nicole) treated my husband and I during our visit today at store #6374. My husband is a 100% service connected disabled veteran and I am also service connected. He presented his driver’s license which has “veteran” printed clear as day on the ID. very upsetting to see customers walking around without masks. no signs at any of the doors stating masks required. Won't be back.
I wanted to buy 100 bags of Blowin cellulose insulation. I asked if I could get the free rental for two days instead of one considering that the minimum insulation purchase or one day of rental is 20 bags. The tool rental associate and subsequent assistant store manager said there was nothing they could do and that I would have to return the machine, and send re-rented the following day in order to make that work. Please do not order any thing from them. They delivery service is very dangerous. The ones that deliver is very disrespectful. He push me and I was trying to get him to take my old machine out. I have paid for it to be haul away. he did not give me my paper work for the machine. The police will be looking for him. Home depot customer service would not give me his name. so be very careful of there delivery service. I will find his name soon.
RecommendedHome depot delivery is A+. I am glad we bought the washer and dryer from Home Depot. When we bought our first fridge from Lowes, they dented the crap out of it. That's why husband picked up our latest kitchen suite with his truck. Home Depot hooked up the washer and ran it to check it even.
Empty shelves worse than the grocery stores...lumber 2x4's specifically just about out, unless you want to pay a premium. no satin polyurethane ...everywhere you look empty shelves...
I having been trying to get a refrigerator I bought from there delivered but they keep pushing it back and now the won’t let you choose a time that’s best for you to get it delivered. I don’t really need delivery but since you don’t have stock in store to take home you force us to use the delivery system. Let’s just say you guys suck!
