RecommendedI visited this Home Depot on New Years Day. I asked An employee where a mounting bracket was for a towel holder as the one I showed him was sorely bent with a drywall anchor stuck in it. Jeff helped me find a replacement and when he realized they did not sell them separately proceeded to fix the one I had. Thank you Jeff for the personal service.

RecommendedThey are dog friendly, which is why I went today. All of the associates were friendly and so helpful. The girl in the paint department was the best. They had what I needed. They were helpful and I got to bring my dog.

Very disappointed. My wife and I ordered and paid for two windows around the middle of November. Approx. 4 weeks later they showed up after the ETA was moved 4 times. 1 was the wrong size, other, wrong style. Mind you, metal crew was covering our house. I decided to resize the rough opening to fit the one and I installed it. The more I thought about it, the more I didn't like it. Took it out and carried both back to store. I usually never have an issue with this store until now. I ordered some shelving units and used the option to text when I’m here and it would be bought out to me. I waited in the car for over 25 minutes, then went into the store to ask where it is. I was told it will be out shortly. I asked if it typically takes this long. She said yes, we’re short handed and only one person working that Dept abs then told me I could always come into get it.
