RecommendedI never mind being sent to Home Depot to pick up fixtures I know nothing about. I can always find someone willing to assist me. Thank you to helpful, knowledgeable employees.
The staff in the blinds department are friendly in person, but lack transparency and clear communication. They will dodge your phone calls and lie to you about when the service will be completed. I ended up waiting a month to have my blinds installed only after having to pay them a visit because none of my calls were answered and voicemails never got returned. Very unprofessional. Don’t waste your time or money! Go to Lowe’s!

In September I ordered a custom door which was to be delivered October 25th, told that day it shipped. Long story short it was delivered to storeDecember 10th and they could not get to me until yesterday. Due to renters arriving today, now have to hold off installation till April. What really is infuriating is manager lied, said she called me and voice mail full. Totally untrue. I am sure their vendor notified them of delay due to cane color. RecommendedI do recommend Home Depot but their return service need to be reviewed. The last two times I retuned an item in the late evening there were two return stations open. Both stations had multiple item returns and the line was getting longer. But there were three or four employees further back that seemed to be conversing and enjoying themselves rather than opening up a new station. Management needs to retrain these employees.
