The Home Depot should be ashamed of their behavior. In late August we purchased a brand new washer/dryer laundry center for our home when our old machine kicked the bucket. The initial process of getting this machine installed was a lengthy ordeal. I purchased a very expensive double Kitchenaide oven for my new Kitchen. Two months after it was 1 year ol, I used the self cleaning option & nowmy oven is rusted & the Whirlpool Corporation & HomeDepot refuse to replace my defective ovens. There are stories of the oven glass exploding after using the self cleaning option the 2nd & 3rd time. Their reason is no extended warranty was purchased. Poor customer service. Looking for paint and potentially purchasing snow blower. Ignored by 5 employees....guess business is great so no need for customer service!

My Dad has had the Worst experience with a Tuff Shed, via Home Depot, West Allis. Here’s his complaint: The Tuff Shed I bought is the Tahoe series tall ranch 10x12 installed.Got the wrong floor installed roof is installed wrong and the shed is not painted and was told if shed if is not painted within 90 days warranty is void as stated in tuff shed warranty.
