Is this true you denied an American veteran a discount ???? This is important I will pay off my home depot card and shop somewhere else if this is a policy .. and that manager needs to hunt down the veteran and personality apologize or be terminated
Seems like one of your managers has very little to zero people skills. My large projects in the future will now go to your competitor that actually encourage and are happy to give a mild 10 % discount to military/vets. Disturbing story of moron manager arrogantly denying a veteran a discount going viral....disgraceful - and I for one will take my business to the Lowes right next door to my local Sham Depot....
Not giving a minute discount to an elderly vet is shameful. This manager needs to be retrained.
