I just had a bad shopping experience because I am black the cashier check my tote in a way like I was stealing after the transaction, I was so humiliated.
I purchased a very expensive double Kitchenaide oven for my new Kitchen. Two months after it was 1 year ol, I used the self cleaning option & nowmy oven is rusted & the Whirlpool Corporation & HomeDepot refuse to replace my defective ovens. There are stories of the oven glass exploding after using the self cleaning option the 2nd & 3rd time. Their reason is no extended warranty was purchased. RecommendedMy son and I had a wonderful experience with Scott in store today. Scott was extremely helpful and my son left so happy he had everything he needed to build his kitty's hiding box.
Ordered a stackable washer/dryer and paid for Haul away of old unit and install of new unit. Guys arrived and said oh you need a plumber the water hoses are corrosion we can’t get them off. I told them to take the unit off the truck and put it on patio. They gave me their number so if I got the hoses off they’d swing back. I took the hoses off with my hand No Corrosion!! Do not shop at Home Depot no customer service and the manger Shamika Frazier did not care to listen or show empathy for my issue. Home Depot has tied up $500.00 of my dollar for 6 months and has made it impossible for mento get a return or use my credit. I will now be a loyal Lowe’s shopper. #homedepotsucks

I need a closet shelf for my bedroom and I’ve tried on two occasions to purchase one at Home Depot. I need it trimmed/cut down because my closet is smaller than the standard shelf size. The saw in the lumber section has been “broken” for two weeks. I called yesterday so I wouldn’t waste a trip. I was placed on hold for 5 minutes and then the same person that was taking care of me, when asked AGAIN if the saw was fixed, said I’m yeah no, no it’s broken and that’s it.
