RecommendedI rented the pick-up truck and left my car at the mobile hwy location. When I returned there was a looooooong white scuff mark on it. The manager (I can't remember if his name🤷🏾)was notified and I showed him the mark. He went out of his way to help me. His kindness is appreciated.
Horrible. I ordered a stove for a rental next door. They wanted to bring it to my credit card address and I put on the order it was going to be delivered next door. NEXT DOOR. They said they could not do it. I offered to pay and they would not do it. Do not purchase a major appliance from this store. Owe me credits that I have been promised for products not delivered for over a week and now they are trying to say I have to go into store to process.
We bought a Samsung refrigerator from Home Depot. The delivery guys delivered the wrong color didn’t know how to install refrigerator and didn’t have complete kit to attach handles on French doors. .so I decided we could live with the color but have no hardware to attach handles. Fayetteville NC Home Depot refuses to take responsibility for the hardware or attaching the handles. Hope other customers haven’t had these kinds of problems with the Fayetteville NC Home Depot!
Inventory system sucks and they have no idea where the stuff is located. Shows over 100 items in stock and nobody knows where. How the heck do you sell stuff if the customer or the employees can’t or don’t care to find it!
I had a horrible experience with this store. Bought a washing machine in store, received an order confirmation but never got the delivery. I called the delivery service and was told to call the store because they could not find my order. I called the store and was told the order number was not in their system and that I had to go in person. When I went in person I waa told they had to place the order through Homedepot.com. Bottomline, nobody took responsibility for eitheer cancelling or not processing my order. I will surely... read more
