Two times in a month we have been to the store to order closet doors. BOTH times not a single person in the area to help. TONS of people waking around ask them for help and nothing. Oh someone is on their way. And no one shows up. Go to customer service and they were no help either. Very irritating.
Lazy employees. Won’t get off their rear ends to help anyone, not even someone disabled. I asked where something was and was told that they didn’t know, wasn’t their department. What kind of people are being hired anymore?

Ordered appliances in November and was assured they will be delivered by Dec 16 ... Dec 16 and no call... they tell us to wait for a call. Dec 22 We call and ask what is going on. our order was never sent out therefore our appliances were never on their way. we now have to wait until March.... I already had sold some of my old appliances. disappointed is little compared to what I feel.
Bought an item for 28 bucks on the 1st,bought same item 9 bucks on the 21st. Brought both receipts back to store for 30 day price guarantee and they would not honor unless I returned the more expensive item and repurchased it at the lower price.Manager offered no explanation other than that was their policy,contradicting what Home Depot advertised online. They use shady delivery companies. Specifically RAS LOGISTICS, who’s delivery driver ran over my new lawn and destroyed it. To make matters worse the delivery driver damaged my neighbors fridge.
They will make you pay for a full delivery and install and leave your appliances in your drive way and tell you they are not allowed to go in. Than when you talk to management they tell you no that’s not true and that they were supposed to bring it in.
RecommendedI would like to thank the cashier Michael Mullen who was so kind to me yesterday when I realized my wallet was gone. He even offered me money in case I needed gas to get home. You have a great employee and more importantly a nice person. I tried to call yesterday but didn’t have any luck getting through.
This company has had employees test positive for covid. They are hiding the results from cop workers because they can’t afford to have employees out quarantining . They are are putting lives in danger just to make $$$. Unethical and irresponsible.
