It's a disgrace to treat military veterans like this!! Without these people there wouldn't be a store or jobs !! Your manager must feel so proud right now! Did he fight for his country ? I don't think so! What right do you have to tell this veteran "no". Shameful and disrespectful as can be!!!
I hope the story about denying veteran a discount is untrue, if not, shame on you! I rarely shop your store as it was closed in our city, then building was held captive by your corporate morons! Continue to do bad business and treat customers with disrespect and insignificant and see what happens!

Poor Customer Service, Needs to care about the customer
It is awful the way the manager and staff treated a US military veteran, refusing to give him the measly pissant discount HD offers. I hope all US military and their families across the nation stop shopping at Home Depot until this anti-American policy is reversed. HOW DISGRACEFUL! Folks, hit them at Yelp as well, and local news outlets.
