This store should be ashamed anyone who has fought for your rights and freedom should not have a age stamped on there for head too get a discount. I live in south Carolina and will be taking my business to lowes. Because if this is how corporate home depot is treating our veteran's I will never shop at one in any state.
This place doesn't know how to treat vets. You can go to the Lowes down the street and get a 10% discount with ID. Some much better then this place.

Many, many times has a person either complained or tried to get their way, and they do, because we do not want to deal with the backlash. That's the reason for the saying "customers always right" we know they are not, but that's the nature of the business. My take on this is, what if this guy (probably living off only social security at the point) knew he got so much of a discount and had planned to buy a certain item that he very much needed for a certain rate.
