Today after calling twice and being hung up on once, then left on hold with the phone ringing for 5 mins while they attempted to transfer me to a manager after telling me that the carpet we ordered to be in, and available in 3-4 days was not in and would not be for another 4 days.. we are on day 5 today. They called back to tell us that in fact our carpet was in and we could come grab it they were sorry for the mistake, ok fine. RecommendedWhile I am partial to this store, the people that work here are the best bunch you could ask for. While sometimes stretched thin and you might have to wait for customer service, with a little patience, it will be top notch customer service. There are numerous knowledgeable associates on the sales floor and those that might not know will definitely point you in the right direction. Give them a chance. You'll be glad you did.
