Regardless of what's going on blast, what poor customer service! You had one customer who provided an ID for a discount that they had received before, but instead of giving it to them (a lousy 10%) you opted to provide poor customer service instead. Dont shop here! Their behavior towards veterans has reached Pittsburgh. You should be ashamed of this store and the whole company.
Horrendous way to treat veterans we spend THOUSANDS each year on at similar stores but this one will NEVER see our business again
I understand that today at your store the manager disrespected an elderly retired military member who served his country. He was rude, dismissive and told the veteran to take his business elsewhere. Shame on you. This is not the type of behavior that one would expect from Home Depot - you need to address this issue - this manager should be fired.
Pretty pathetic... The voice of the people will be heard... And you, mr. Arrogant manager, should be first in line at the unemployment office.. Shame!!!
