Just leaving the Home Depot in Burnsville and while the employees were wonderful I am appalled at the number of customers not even pretending to wear masks. When I called to express my concern the employee was validating and kind but stated that they cannot force people to wear them. I will be bringing my business elsewhere. If you choose not to wear a mask you have other options that are not so brazen and selfish.
RecommendedWas just there yesterday to get some thing to finish a project and the lady at the paint counter was amazing she let my daughter help tint the paint and was super awesome. Always have a good experience at Home Depot but that lady made this experience great.
Haved had ongoing problems with a contractor of their services.. Have called the store multiple times asking for manager.. have NEVER received any response at all. They just tell me they have no control over the contractors that do their installations and there's no follow up. Manager is never available or even there.. he never calls back with multiple messages left. Waste of my time and effort... No more of my business..
i thought I would have self cleaning on my new stove.. isn't it standard? and you say I can't use cleaning products.. do you want to clean it??

I was followed around the store for not having a mask for a medical exemption. I was treated like a criminal by being shadowed and approached several times during my trip. Lowes will now get all my business and that of my husband who is a GC.

Customer service doesn’t exist here unless your well dressed.
